We are looking for a Junior Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in sourcing candidates, conducting basic screening interviews, and coordinating the recruitment process.
Eligibility:
Freshers or candidates with up to 6 months of recruitment experience can apply
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of recruitment and candidate screening is an advantage
Job Responsibilities:
Source and screen potential candidates
Conduct initial telephonic interviews
Coordinate interviews and follow-ups
Maintain candidate records and recruitment reports
