Job Summary

SVA is looking for a passionate and customer-focused Fashion Consultant to join our retail team. The ideal candidate will assist customers in selecting fashion products that suit their style, preferences, and needs while delivering an exceptional shopping experience. The Fashion Consultant will also support sales targets, maintain store presentation, and represent the SVA brand with professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable clothing, accessories, and styling options.
Provide personalized fashion and styling advice to enhance customer satisfaction.
Achieve individual and store sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
Keep up to date with current fashion trends, seasonal collections, and SVA products.
Maintain store cleanliness, visual merchandising standards, and product displays.
Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and product organization.




Handle customer queries, exchanges, and complaints effectively.
Promote ongoing offers, loyalty programs, and new arrivals to customers.
Requirements
Minimum qualification: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree/diploma in Fashion, Retail, or related field is an advantage.
1–3 years of experience in retail sales or fashion consulting preferred.
Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive sense of fashion, styling, and current trends.
Customer-oriented attitude with excellent sales skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
Basic knowledge of billing/POS systems is a plus.
Flexible to work weekends, holidays, and extended store hours when required.
