We are hiring a Jr. Merchandiser with strong Product Development (PD) knowledge for handling the US market in a jewellery manufacturing/export setup. The role involves managing end-to-end merchandising processes from sampling to shipment while ensuring quality and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end merchandising from development to shipment
Coordinate with customers for sampling, approvals, and order execution
Work closely with design, sampling & production teams
Maintain and track WIP (Work-in-Progress) calendars
Prepare order sheets, POs, and documentation
Monitor production status and resolve issues related to quality, timelines, and approvals
Desired Candidate Profile:
4–5 years of experience in jewellery merchandising
Experience with US clients/market preferred
Strong product development (PD) exposure
Valuable English communication skills
Robust coordination and follow-up skills
