Role Overview

We are looking for a energetic and result-oriented Power Sales Executive who can independently manage customer acquisition, renewable power sales, power allocation, and customer relationship management. The ideal candidate should possess a solid understanding of Open Access power markets and be capable of handling the complete sales cycle—from identifying prospective customers to execution of Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) and post-sales coordination.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and acquire new Commercial & Industrial (C&I;) customers for renewable energy supply.
Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline through customer acquisition activities.
Understand customer energy requirements and recommend suitable renewable power solutions.
Independently negotiate and close Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs).
Coordinate power allocation under Open Access and Group Captive mechanisms.
Handle TNEB line-up, Open Access approvals, scheduling, and customer onboarding activities.
Coordinate with TANGEDCO, SLDC, consultants, and internal teams for timely execution.




Build and maintain long-term customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
Monitor regulatory developments related to Open Access, banking, wheeling, and captive regulations.
Prepare commercial proposals, presentations, quotations, revenue analysis and cost benefit sheets for the customers.

Qualification
B.E./B.Tech / MBA or equivalent.
1–3 years of experience in Renewable Energy, Power Trading, Open Access, or Industrial Power Sales.

Preferred Skills
Robust understanding of Open Access, Group Captive, Power Allocation, PPAs, and TNEB procedures.
Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and customer relationship skills.
Self-driven with the ability to independently manage customer interactions.
Willingness to travel for customer meetings across Tamil Nadu.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
