We are seeking a agile and experienced Monitoring Executive to lead our educational institution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, ensuring a secure and productive learning environment, and fostering a culture of academic excellence.

Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise all school activities and staff members
Develop and implement educational policies and programs
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and guidelines
Foster a positive and inclusive school culture
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and stakeholders to enhance student learning outcomes
Handle disciplinary issues and student welfare matters effectively
Manage budgeting and resource allocation for the school

Qualifications:




Bachelor's degree in Education or related field; Master's degree preferred
Proven experience in educational leadership and administration
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to inspire and motivate staff and students
Knowledge of educational best practices and curriculum development
Familiarity with educational technology and contemporary teaching methods.
