The MEP Manager directs all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection operations. They ensure system integration, budget control, and code compliance from design through handover
Manage Installations: Oversee HVAC, electrical (HV/LV), plumbing, and fire safety site works.
Coordinate Trades: Lead 3D/BIM clash detection and align MEP layouts with architectural and structural plans.
Supervise Subcontractors: Monitor vendor performance, schedules, and technical submittals.
Ensure Compliance: Enforce safety (HSE) rules and local building regulations.
Lead Commissioning: Drive testing, startup procedures, and project closeout documentation
Pay: ₹22,565.95 - ₹50,770.84 per month
