Watchman / Security Guard – Job Description

Position: Watchman / Security Guard
Department: Security / Administration
Location: Pongalur Infra Roofings Pvt Ltd / Infra Green, Pongalur, Tiruppur

Job Responsibilities
Monitor and control entry and exit of employees, visitors, vehicles, and materials.
Maintain visitor and vehicle entry/exit records.
Conduct regular security checks of the office, factory, warehouse, and premises.
Ensure safety and security of company property, materials, machinery, and equipment.
Prevent unauthorized entry and immediately report suspicious activities.
Monitor the premises during assigned shifts, including night shifts if required.
Check gates, doors, windows, and other access points regularly.
Support the company during emergencies, accidents, fire, or other security incidents.
Maintain cleanliness and discipline around the security/gate area.




Perform other security-related duties assigned by management.

Candidate Requirements
Education: 8th / 10th Pass preferred.
Previous security/watchman experience preferred, but freshers may also apply.
Physically fit and responsible.
Positive observation and communication skills.
Basic knowledge of Tamil is required.
Willingness to work in shifts/night duty.
Punctual, disciplined, and trustworthy.

Pay: ₹8,857.19 - ₹14,000.00 per month
