Mentric is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Design Intern to join our team in Bangalore. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their design career to gain hands-on experience, work on real projects, and grow into a full time role.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Graphic Designer Intern who can support our design and marketing team in creating visually compelling content across digital and print media. The intern will work closely with the design/marketing team and get exposure to branding, social media creatives, marketing collateral, and UI assets.

Key Responsibilities
Design creatives for social media, website, and marketing campaigns
Assist in developing brand identity elements (logos, brand guidelines, templates)
Create marketing collateral such as brochures, banners, presentations, and flyers
Support the design team with day-to-day design requirements
Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to understand design briefs
Ensure design consistency and brand guidelines are maintained across all assets
Take feedback constructively and iterate on designs quickly

Required Skills




Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or Canva
Basic understanding of design principles — typography, color theory, layout, composition
A portfolio showcasing design work (college projects, freelance work, or personal projects are welcome)
Positive communication skills and ability to work in a team
Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
Eagerness to learn and take ownership of tasks

Eligibility
Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field
Available to work full time from the Bangalore office for 3 months
