Key Responsibilities
Provide a warm, caring, and supportive setting for young learners.
Handle day-to-day classroom activities and ensure effective student engagement.
Support students in developing basic academic, social, emotional, and communication skills.
Plan and conduct age-appropriate activities, games, storytelling, art, and creative learning.
Maintain classroom discipline and ensure the safety and well-being of students.
Assist students with their daily routines, including meals, hygiene, and personal care as required.
Communicate regularly with parents regarding the child’s progress, behaviour, and development.
Maintain appropriate records of student attendance, activities, and development.
Coordinate with teachers and school staff to ensure smooth classroom functioning.
Encourage positive behaviour, confidence, independence,



and valuable manners among students.

Qualifications
Graduate in any relevant discipline.
NTT / ECCE / Montessori / B.Ed. qualification will be preferred.
Prior experience working with primary or young learners will be an advantage.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Patient, caring, and nurturing approach towards children.

Experience

1–3 years of experience in a school or similar educational environment preferred.

Pay: Up to ₹24,000.00 per month
