The HR Executive will be responsible for managing employee data, attendance, statutory compliance, and supporting day-to-day HR operations. The role requires solid coordination, accuracy in documentation, and knowledge of labour laws like PF and ESIC.
Key Responsibilities:
Employee Data Management
Maintain and update employee records (joining, exit, transfers, promotions)
Ensure proper documentation and filing (physical & digital)
Manage HRMIS / software data entries
Attendance & Payroll Support
Monitor daily attendance, leave, and shift records
Coordinate with operations for attendance inputs
Prepare attendance reports for payroll processing
Employee Management
Handle employee queries related to HR policies
Support onboarding and induction process
Maintain employee engagement and discipline records
Statutory Compliance (PF & ESIC)
Handle PF (Provident Fund) and ESIC registration and documentation
Coordinate monthly PF & ESIC data and challans
Maintain compliance records and assist in audits
HR Operations
Assist in recruitment coordination (interviews, documentation)
Support exit formalities (F&F;, relieving, documentation)
Ensure compliance with company policies and labour laws
Required Skills:
Valuable knowledge of PF, ESIC, and labour laws
Strong data management and Excel skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Valuable communication and coordination skills
Qualifications:
Graduate / MBA in HR preferred
7+ years of experience in HR operations
Preferred Experience:
Experience in transport / logistics / manufacturing industry will be added advantage
