We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Bidder who can generate business through online platforms and convert leads into projects. The ideal candidate should have robust communication skills and a basic understanding of client requirements in the construction/design/IT domain.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and bid on relevant projects on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, and similar portals
Understand client requirements and prepare customized proposals
Communicate with clients and handle negotiations professionally
Follow up with leads and maintain a solid pipeline
Coordinate with the internal team for project execution
Maintain records of bids, responses, and conversions
Requirements:
Basic knowledge of bidding on freelance platforms
Positive written and verbal communication skills
Ability to understand project scope quickly
Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Docs
Preferred Skills:
Experience in handling clients for IT / Architecture / Construction projects
Knowledge of proposal writing and cost estimation
Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
Salary / Incentives:
