Letreia Bakery is looking for a passionate and hardworking Junior Baker to join our production team. The ideal candidate will assist in preparing bakery products, maintaining quality standards, and supporting daily baking operations.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in preparing doughs, batters, fillings, and bakery ingredients.
Support the baking of breads, pastries, cakes, cookies, and other bakery products.
Follow recipes and production schedules accurately.
Weigh and measure ingredients correctly.
Prepare and organize ingredients before production.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the workstation and equipment.
Assist in packaging and presentation of finished products.
Monitor baking times and temperatures under the guidance of senior staff.
Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
Support inventory checks and report shortages to supervisors.
Requirements
0 to 2 years of experience in a bakery, café, or food production unit.
Basic knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients.
Willingness to learn and work in a quick-paced setting.
Ability to follow instructions and recipes accurately.
Good teamwork and communication skills.
Physical ability to stand for long hours and handle kitchen equipment.
Preferred Qualifications
Certificate or Diploma in Bakery and Confectionery is an advantage.
Passion for artisan baking and bakery products.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
