About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development professional with solid experience in Cross-Border Logistics / Freight Forwarding to drive B2B business development and customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and acquire recent B2B customers in Ocean/Air Freight
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Understand customer logistics requirements and provide tailored solutions
Research market trends, competitors, and new business opportunities
Coordinate with Operations,



Customer Service & Technology teams for smooth customer onboarding and service delivery

Requirements
1–3 years of Cross-Border Logistics Sales experience with a Freight Forwarder/Liner (Mandatory)
Bachelor's/Master's degree in a relevant field
Excellent communication skills (Mandatory)
Solid customer relationship and negotiation skills
Target-oriented with a strong ownership mindset
Quick decision-maker with a bias for action
Customer-focused and proactive approach

Pay: Up to ₹650,000.00 per year
