As a Production Manager needs to drive the entire operations of the plant end to end planning and effective day to day administration of the plant to meet long term goals.

Planning & Control - Need to monitor Production planning appropriately and implement proper control measures

Production Operations - To ensure that production operations runs smoothly as per process defined

Quality and Process Enhancement - To monitor Quality aspects are maintained well within the parameters along with timely functioning of process meeting deadlines of production targets

Man Management on Floor - To utilize manpower efficiently with optimum utilization of resources, ensuring periodical and need based trainings are held with monitoring, Effectiveness.



Observing safety conditions at work place

Equipment and supplies - Need to ensure that equipment is in valuable condition and performing well.

Financial Control - To keep keen control on financial aspects By controlling and reducing waste in Production

General and Administrative - To function and prepare reports of entire Production department MIS

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
