We are looking for a Senior Finance Analyst / FP&A; & Reporting Analyst with 3–4 years of experience in FP&A;, financial reporting, commercial finance, and business partnering. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills and hands-on experience with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, financial modelling, and month-end reporting.

Key Responsibilities
Review customer and vendor contracts for financial terms, risks, payment milestones, and revenue recognition requirements.
Track contract performance, revenue, billings, accruals, backlog, and key commercial KPIs.
Support annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, scenario analysis, and financial modelling.
Prepare monthly management reports, KPI dashboards, and variance analysis with transparent commentary.
Support month-end closing activities including accruals, prepayments, journal entries, and reconciliations.
Assist with statutory reporting and audit requirements in line with IFRS / GAAP.
Partner with Sales, Operations, HR, Supply Chain, and other business teams on financial performance and cost drivers.
Present financial insights and performance updates to senior stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications
B.Com, BBA Finance, BSc Accounting,



or equivalent qualification.
3–4 years of experience in FP&A;, Management Accounting, Finance Business Partnering, or a related role.
Advanced Excel skills including financial modelling, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and Power Query.
Solid understanding of budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, P&L;, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow.
Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting / ERP systems.
Working knowledge of IFRS / US GAAP.
Solid analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Prior experience in an MNC or Big 4 firm is essential.

Preferred Skills
Experience with Power BI or Tableau.
Knowledge of SQL or Python for finance automation and analysis.
Exposure to intercompany accounting, multi-currency environments, or cross-border consolidations.
Experience with contract management platforms such as Salesforce, Icertis, SAP Contracts, or similar.

Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹4,000,000.00 per year
