We are seeking a motivated and student-focused Academic Counselor to guide prospective students in selecting suitable courses, manage the admission process, and ensure an excellent student experience from inquiry to enrollment.

Key Responsibilities
Counsel prospective students and parents regarding courses, career prospects, and training programs.
Handle inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp, emails, and walk-in inquiries.
Convert leads into admissions by achieving monthly admission targets.
Explain course curriculum, fees, schedules, placement assistance, and career prospects.
Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective students and maintain lead status in the CRM.
Coordinate with the academic, finance, and placement teams for a smooth admission process.
Assist students with registration, documentation, and fee collection.
Maintain accurate records of inquiries, admissions, and daily reports.
Participate in educational fairs, seminars, webinars, and promotional events.
Ensure high levels of student satisfaction through timely communication and support.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
