A KST Attendant (Kitchen Stewarding Attendant) is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and ensuring kitchen equipment is clean and ready for use.
Job Description:
Clean and sanitize kitchen utensils, crockery, cutlery, pots, and pans.
Operate and maintain dishwashing equipment.
Keep kitchen floors, work areas, and storage rooms clean and hygienic.
Dispose of waste and garbage according to hotel procedures.
Assist in receiving and storing kitchen supplies.
Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
Support the kitchen team with general stewarding duties.
Report any equipment faults or maintenance issues to the supervisor.
Follow all health,
safety, and company policies.
Requirements:
Previous experience in hotel kitchen stewarding is preferred.
Basic knowledge of hygiene and sanitation practices.
Physically fit and able to work in a rapid-paced workplace.
Team player with a positive attitude.
Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
