Roles & Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day activities of the Prime Equity Finance - Funding Desk.
Monitor securities lending, repos and equity financing transactions.
Support funding strategy, liquidity management and margin financing.
Manage financial resources and firm inventory, investigating and escalating issues.
Analyze market conditions and identify opportunities to optimize financing terms.
Coordinate with regional teams on funding and liquidity management strategies.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for smooth transaction processing.
Prepare MIS and reports covering funding requirements, borrowings, liquidity, margin utilization and counterparty exposure.
Support business development and identify potential opportunities.
Contribute to automation,
digitization and process improvement initiatives.
Requisites
Solid knowledge of Prime Equity Finance / Prime Brokerage.
Experience with Equity Financing, Securities Lending and Repo.
Positive understanding of Equity and Derivatives products.
Knowledge of funding, liquidity, margin and inventory management.
Ability to analyze market conditions and financing opportunities.
Experience in MIS, reporting and financial data analysis.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Proficiency in Python or SQL.
Understanding of counterparty risk and transaction processes.
Solid communication, coordination and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work with global teams and different time zones.
