Source and hire technical staff and manage the continuous pipeline of general factory workers.
Monitor shift attendance, biometric logs, and overtime (OT) hours for blue-collar staff.
Process monthly payroll variables, ensuring accurate calculation of allowances, shifts, and deductions.
Maintain all statutory registers and records mandated by local labor laws and the Factories Act.
Manage employee advantages enrollments, worker compensation records, and accident reporting.
Oversee plant welfare amenities including canteen hygiene, drinking water access, uniform/PPE distribution, and locker rooms.
Partner with the Safety Officer to ensure 100% compliance with safety equipment usage (due to intense heat, fumes, and heavy machinery hazards inherent in brass casting/forging).
Organize mandatory periodic health checks for workers exposed to heavy metal fumes or dust.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
