Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and responsible Deputy Manager – Game Zone to oversee daily operations, ensure excellent customer experience, and manage the game zone team effectively. The ideal candidate should have solid leadership, communication, and operational management skills.

Roles & Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations of the game zone and ensure smooth functioning.
Supervise, train, and motivate game zone staff to achieve operational and service standards.
Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations professionally.
Monitor gaming equipment, machines, and facilities to ensure they are clean, secure, and operational.
Coordinate with maintenance teams for timely resolution of equipment or facility issues.
Monitor daily sales, revenue, cash handling, and operational reports.
Ensure compliance with safety, security, and company policies.
Manage staff schedules, shifts, attendance, and manpower requirements.
Support promotional activities, events, and customer engagement initiatives.




Maintain proper inventory of game-related supplies and operational materials.
Identify operational issues and implement solutions to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Prepare daily/weekly operational reports and share updates with management.
Support the Manager in achieving revenue and business targets.

Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in gaming, entertainment, hospitality, retail, amusement parks, or a similar customer-facing industry.
Strong team management and leadership skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle customer complaints and operational challenges.
Good knowledge of MS Office and basic reporting.
Comfortable working in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Solid problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
