Roles & Responsibilities:

Maintaining the platform and solutions. Providing support and troubleshooting for system and users.
Collaborating with product team to deliver solutions and resolve issues
Participating in the Agile journey, including weekly stand-ups, PI Planning etc
Managing IT operations and ensuring the ongoing maintenance/migration of platforms and solutions
Ensure scalability, reliability, and security of infrastructure and applications.
Providing Linux system support and overseeing the management of IT infrastructure
Managing AWS cloud infrastructure
Delivering assistance and resolving technical issues for both systems and end users




Collaborate with development and operations teams to align goals and processes
