Required Customer Relationship Executive who can work for Automobile Industry for sales and services.
To be responsible for making outbound calls on a daily basis using data provided.
Following-up with customers for car services.
Providing information to customers as & when required.
Taking Feedback with customers.
Managing and scheduling appointments for procedures
Handling Customers & their complaints
Resolves customer complaints
Maintain Data.
To convert the calls to current business leads.
To achieve agreed personal and departmental targets captured from calling data provided.
To inform potential client's on the company’s products and services.

Job Types: Full time, Fresher, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
