The Steward / Waiter is responsible for delivering excellent food and beverage service to guests, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining cleanliness standards, and supporting smooth restaurant and banquet operations.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome guests professionally and assist with seating arrangements.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and ensure timely service.
Serve food and beverages as per hotel SOP and service standards.
Maintain cleanliness of tables, restaurant area, and service stations.
Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth order execution.
Handle guest queries and complaints politely and professionally.
Ensure proper table setup, buffet setup, and table clearance.
Maintain hygiene, grooming,
and discipline during duty hours.
Support banquet, conference, and event operations as required.
Ensure proper handling of crockery, cutlery, and restaurant equipment.
Follow all food safety and hygiene standards.
Required Skills
Good communication and guest handling skills.

Basic knowledge of restaurant service standards.
Ability to work under pressure and in rotational shifts.

Qualification & Experience
Minimum 10th / 12th Pass.
Diploma in Hotel Management preferred.
Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel, resort, or restaurant service operations.
Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
