Receive incoming materials and verify against purchase orders and delivery notes.
Inspect incoming goods for quantity, quality, and condition.
Maintain accurate stock records in the ERP/inventory system.
Issue materials to production based on approved requisitions.
Conduct periodic stock counts and physical inventory audits.
Ensure proper storage, labelling, and organization of materials.
Coordinate with purchase and production teams for timely material availability.
Manage disposal of scrap and obsolete items as per company policy.
Regularly visit local vendors to procure raw materials.
