Blue-Collar Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring for frontline and operational roles such as helpers, technicians, drivers, warehouse staff, and delivery executives.

The ideal candidate should have solid sourcing skills, field recruitment experience, and the ability to hire in high volumes within tight timelines.

Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar roles (bulk hiring).
Source candidates through:
Job portals
Field hiring / local sourcing
Referral networks
NGOs, placement agencies, and contractors
Conduct initial screening and interviews.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
Organize and manage walk-in drives and hiring camps.
Maintain a pipeline of candidates for ongoing requirements.
Ensure quick turnaround time (TAT) for closures.
Handle documentation and onboarding processes.
Track and report hiring metrics (daily/weekly closures, pipeline, etc.).
Build relationships with local communities for continuous hiring.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
