Job Summary:
We're seeking an experienced Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, lead and develop staff, drive sales, deliver excellent customer service, and ensure the store meets company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily store operations
Hire, train, and supervise employees
Meet sales and profitability goals
Maintain inventory and merchandising standards
Provide exceptional customer service
Prepare schedules and manage labor costs
Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
