Placement Coordinator – Role & Responsibilities

Role:

To coordinate placement activities, maintain communication with students and companies, and support the organization in achieving placement targets.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with companies and recruiters for placement prospects.
Identify and connect with potential hiring partners.
Schedule interviews, recruitment drives, and placement activities.
Coordinate between students, recruiters, and internal teams.
Maintain student placement records and recruitment databases.
Share job openings and interview details with eligible students.
Follow up with companies regarding interview results and offers.
Track placement progress, selections, and joining status.
Prepare regular placement reports and updates for management.
Ensure smooth execution of all placement-related activities.
Maintain skilled relationships with recruiters and corporate partners.
Support the Placement Manager/Head in achieving monthly and yearly placement targets.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
