Responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting electrical systems and equipment in the foundry to ensure smooth production operations, minimize downtime, and maintain safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance of foundry equipment.
Troubleshoot motors, control panels, VFDs, PLCs, furnaces, compressors, and material handling systems.
Maintain electrical systems for induction furnaces, molding lines, sand plants, and utilities.
Monitor equipment performance and ensure compliance with electrical safety standards.
Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to improve equipment reliability.
Maintain maintenance records and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE).
3–8 years of electrical maintenance experience in a foundry or manufacturing industry.
Knowledge of PLCs, VFDs, motors, transformers, MCC panels, and industrial electrical systems.
Robust troubleshooting and preventive maintenance skills.
Preferred: Experience with induction furnaces, sand plants, and foundry automation systems.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
