About the Role

We're looking for a Video Editor cum Graphic Designer who can bring both craft and storytelling instinct to everything we create from polished motion graphics and digital product videos to candid, behind-the-scenes content that captures our office culture.

What You'll Do
Shoot and edit short-form and long-form video content, including office culture/vlog-style videos, event coverage, and behind-the-scenes content
Create motion graphics — animated titles, lower thirds, explainer sequences, and product reveal animations
Produce digital product videos — feature walkthroughs, demo videos, ad creatives, and social-first product content
Design supporting graphics — thumbnails, social media creatives, banners, and presentation visuals that align with brand guidelines
Own the storytelling arc of every piece — from concept and shot planning to final cut, making sure content has a transparent hook, narrative flow, and emotional beat
Collaborate with marketing, HR, and product teams to translate briefs into compelling visual content




Keep a pulse on visual/content trends (Reels, Shorts, LinkedIn-native video, etc.) and suggest fresh formats

What We're Looking For
2–4 years of hands-on experience in video editing and graphic design (agency, in-house, or freelance)
Solid portfolio/reel demonstrating motion graphics, product videos, and narrative-driven content (please share a link)
Proficiency in editing and design tools such as:
Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects
Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator (or equivalent like Figma/Canva Pro)
DaVinci Resolve (a plus)
Comfortable operating a camera/gimbal for run-and-gun style shoots (office events, culture content, interviews)
Solid understanding of pacing, framing, color, typography, and sound as storytelling tools
Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and hit tight turnarounds

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
