Key Responsibilities
Live Tracking: Monitor rider GPS from start to end to verify tracks and routes.
Rider Investigation: Call unresponsive riders to check on breakdowns, charging issues, or delays.
Internal Coordination: Bridge the gap between the tracking team and riders to resolve transit issues.
Supply Optimization: Identify high-demand zones and charging hubs that need more EV riders.
Requirements
Basic computer skills and ability to use GPS tracking dashboards.
Valuable communication skills to coordinate with riders over the phone.
