Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and service-oriented Steward for our Goan Seafood Restaurant to support front-of-house operations by maintaining cleanliness, organization, and service readiness in the dining area. The Steward assists servers and ensures guests enjoy a smooth, welcoming dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
Serve food and beverages, ensure timely delivery, and check on guests during & after their meals
Take accurate food and drink orders and enter them into a point-of-sale (POS) system
Produce bills and process payments accurately
Assist with other duties such as setting up and clearing tables, refilling drinks, and general cleaning
Promote on-going offers on food and drinks
Upsell menu items and promote specials

Qualifications & Skills




Having previously worked in a Goan Food/Seafood Restaurant only preferred
Ability to work in a quick-paced environment
Robust attention to cleanliness and detail
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Ability to stand for long periods and lift items as needed
Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
