Paid Marketing ExecutiveOverviewWe are seeking an experienced Paid Marketing Executive to lead and manage our Google Ads and Facebook advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in performance marketing, data-driven decision making, and proven success in scaling marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.Key Responsibilities
Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns including search, display, and shopping campaigns
Plan, execute, and optimize Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns to drive conversions and ROI
Monitor campaign performance metrics and provide regular reports with actionable insights
Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, landing pages, and targeting strategies
Manage and optimize advertising budgets across channels to maximize ROAS and minimize CAC
Collaborate with creative teams to develop high-performing ad creatives
Stay updated on platform algorithm changes and industry best practices
Conduct competitive analysis and identify growth opportunities

Required Experience & Skills
3+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Facebook campaigns
Proven track record of managing budgets from $100K to $1000K+ monthly




Solid analytical skills with proficiency in performance metrics and data interpretation
Excellent knowledge of audience targeting, bidding strategies, and conversion optimization
Proficiency in campaign management tools and platforms
Solid communication and presentation skills
Experience with Shopify e-commerce platforms

Nice-to-Have
Google Analytics 4 (GA4) implementation and analysis expertise
Google Tag Manager (GTM) setup and management experience
D xperience with marketing automation tools

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
