Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Accounts Executive to support our accounting, taxation, audit, and financial reporting functions.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Financial Reporting
Maintain accurate books of accounts.
Perform account reconciliations and ensure timely closure of books.
Analyze financial statements to identify trends, variances, and areas requiring management attention.

Taxation
Assist in the preparation and filing of GST returns, Income Tax Returns, and other statutory filings.
Support tax planning assignments by researching relevant tax laws and regulatory updates.
Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other applicable statutory requirements.
Coordinate with clients for timely collection of financial information and supporting documents.

Audit & Compliance
Assist in conducting internal audits to evaluate financial controls, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
Review client processes and recommend improvements to strengthen internal controls and governance.




Prepare audit working papers and support statutory and tax audit assignments.
Identify compliance gaps and assist in implementing corrective actions.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Finance, or related field.
CA Inter / CA Articleship completed (Preferred).
1–3 years of experience in a Chartered Accountancy firm or accounting practice.
Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Working knowledge of GST, Income Tax, TDS, and statutory compliances.
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally, Busy, Zoho Books, or similar ERP systems.
