Role & Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound travel sales enquiries for the Canada travel process.
Book international flight tickets using Amadeus GDS.
Deliver excellent customer service while achieving sales targets.
Resolve customer queries related to bookings, schedules, cancellations and refunds.
Maintain booking accuracy and follow company SOPs.
Coordinate with airlines and internal teams for smooth travel arrangements.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Minimum 1 year of experience in Travel Sales.
Hands-on experience with Amadeus is mandatory.
Experience in the Canada Travel Process will be preferred.
Good knowledge of GDS, PNR creation, fare calculation and airline reservations.
Excellent English communication skills.
Customer-focused with strong sales and negotiation skills.
Comfortable working rotational/night shifts.
Immediate joiners will be preferred.
