Job Summary:

The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing assembly line operations, ensuring productive production, and maintaining quality standards while managing a team of assembly workers

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and train assembly line workers.
Maintain safety and compliance with company policies.
Coordinate production schedules and resolve issues promptly.
Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
Set daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicate them to employees
Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules
Check production output according to specifications
Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements
