Job Responsibilities
Prepare and operate hemodialysis machines under appropriate supervision
Prepare the dialysis station and required equipment
Assist in patient preparation before dialysis
Monitor patients during dialysis and report abnormalities promptly
Monitor vital signs as required




Maintain and check dialysis equipment
Follow infection-control and safety protocols
Assist with patient positioning and safe transfer
Maintain accurate dialysis records and documentation
Prepare and maintain dialysis consumables and supplies
Assist the medical team during dialysis-related emergencies
Perform proper cleaning and disinfection of dialysis equipment as per hospital protocol
Coordinate with doctors, nurses and other healthcare specialists

Candidate Requirements
Good communication and teamwork skills
Basic knowledge of dialysis procedures and equipment
Responsible and attentive approach to patient care
Ability to work under pressure
Willingness to work rotational shifts / night shifts
