Job Title: Retail Sales Associate

Job Overview:

We are currently looking for a friendly, enthusiastic, and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a key member of our retail staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting shoppers, and driving sales to ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities:
Customer Assistance: Greet and engage customers in a friendly and approachable manner, assisting them with product inquiries, recommendations, and purchases to meet their needs and preferences.
Product Knowledge: Develop a thorough understanding of our products, including features, benefits, and pricing, to effectively communicate product information and address customer queries.
Sales Generation: Actively promote and upsell products to drive sales and achieve sales targets, utilizing persuasive selling techniques and product demonstrations as needed.
Merchandising: Maintain a clean, organized,



and visually appealing store workplace by restocking shelves, arranging displays, and ensuring product availability and presentation meet company standards.

Qualifications:
Minimum 12th Passout
Previous experience in retail sales or customer service preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work well in a team workplace and collaborate with colleagues
Positive attitude, self-motivated, and eager to learn
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
Panipat, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Retail sales: 1 year (Preferred)
