Key Responsibilities
Conduct engaging Montessori-based classroom activities.
Create a secure, positive, and child-friendly learning environment.
Support children’s academic, social, emotional, and physical development.
Use Montessori teaching methods and hands-on learning materials.
Observe and track students’ progress.
Maintain classroom discipline, hygiene, and learning materials.
Communicate with parents regarding students’ development.
Participate in school activities, events, and staff meetings.
Requirements
Graduate with Montessori/ECCE certification preferred.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Patient, caring, creative, and responsible.
Ability to handle and engage young children effectively.
Prior Montessori teaching experience will be an advantage.
Positive English communication skills preferred
