Key Responsibilities
Attend and assist customers visiting the showroom
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable furniture products
Explain product features, materials, pricing, and customization options
Prepare quotations and follow up with customers for closures
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth
Maintain showroom cleanliness and proper product display
Coordinate with the warehouse/production team for order processing
Maintain customer records and follow-up for repeat business
Support billing and basic documentation work
Skills Required
Positive communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of furniture products (sofa, beds, tables, etc.)
Robust sales and negotiation ability
Customer handling and convincing skills
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, billing software)
