ACN Motors is looking for a Service Advisor Trainee to join our automotive service team.
This role is suitable for BE graduates who are interested in building a career in automobile service and customer handling.
Responsibilities
Coordinate with customers regarding vehicle service and repair requirements.
Understand customer complaints and communicate them clearly to the workshop team.
Prepare and explain service estimates to customers.
Coordinate with technicians and monitor vehicle service progress.
Follow up on vehicle delivery timelines.
Maintain proper service records and customer details.
Assist the Service Advisor team in day-to-day workshop operations.
Requirements
BE qualification is mandatory.
Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
Valid driving licence and ability to drive a car is mandatory.
Basic knowledge or interest in automobiles is preferred.
Hindi communication skills are preferred.
Positive computer knowledge.
Fresh BE graduates can apply.
Must be willing to work at Viraganoor or Othakadai, Madurai.
Candidates currently based in Madurai are preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
