An Assistant Housekeeping Manager oversees daily cleaning operations, ensuring facilities meet the highest hygiene and guest satisfaction standards

Key Responsibilities
Daily Operations: Coordinate daily work assignments for room attendants, house attendants, and laundry staff.
Quality Assurance: Conduct daily inspections of guest rooms (especially VIP arrivals), public spaces, and corridors.
Staff Leadership: Assist with the hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation of housekeeping team members.
Inventory Control: Monitor and order cleaning supplies, linens, and uniforms to ensure adequate par levels.
Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Liaise closely with the Front Desk to prioritize room status updates and Engineering to report maintenance deficiencies.
Guest Relations: Handle guest complaints or special requests promptly and professionally.
Health & Safety: Ensure compliance with all safety policies, hazard communications, and sanitation regulations.

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
