Responsibilities:
Make outbound cold calls to potential customers
Generate leads through calls
Explain financial loan products and services to customers
Collect and verify customer documents after lead generation
Coordinate with customers till the completion of the loan process
Maintain good customer relationships and follow-ups
Requirements:
Valuable communication skills
Ability to deal with UK clients professionally
Basic understanding of customer handling and sales
Target-oriented and confident personality
Shift Timing:
UK Shift – 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM (Monday to Friday)
