Job Title: Upwork Bidder

Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Upwork Bidder to identify relevant projects, write personalized proposals, communicate with clients, and convert leads into successful projects. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills and a robust understanding of the Upwork platform, proposal writing, and client acquisition.

Key Responsibilities
Search and identify relevant projects on Upwork based on company services.
Analyze client requirements and prepare customized proposals.
Submit quality bids and follow up with prospective clients.
Communicate with clients and schedule meetings when required.
Maintain records of proposals, responses, interviews, and project status.
Coordinate with the technical/design team for project requirements.
Negotiate project scope, timelines, and budgets.
Achieve monthly lead generation and project acquisition targets.
Stay updated with Upwork trends, bidding strategies,



and platform policies.

Required Skills
Experience with Upwork bidding and proposal writing.
Robust knowledge of Upwork's bidding process and client acquisition.
Ability to understand project requirements quickly.
Negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Valuable organizational and time management abilities.
Familiarity with Google Sheets, Excel, CRM tools, and project tracking.

Preferred Qualifications
1–3+ years of experience in Upwork bidding or business development.
Experience working with an IT company, digital marketing agency, or software development firm.
Proven track record of winning projects on Upwork.
Knowledge of IT, Web Development, Mobile Apps, AI, Digital Marketing, or Design services is a plus.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
