We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Lawyer to join our team and work on Redevelopment and Real Estate projects.

*Key Responsibilities
Draft and review redevelopment agreements, development agreements, sale deeds, MOUs, and other legal documents.
Conduct title verification and legal due diligence of properties.
Handle legal documentation for redevelopment and real estate transactions.
Coordinate with clients, housing societies, government authorities, and advocates.
Assist in property registration, stamp duty matters, and statutory compliance.
Ensure compliance with applicable real estate laws and regulations.

Candidate Profile
LL.B. from a recognized university.

2–3 years of experience* in Redevelopment and Real Estate matters.




Solid drafting and documentation skills.
Positive knowledge of property laws, redevelopment procedures, and registration processes.
Excellent communication, analytical, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office.
