A dedicated financial analysis role to support decision-making across the business. We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant with robust analytical rigour to drive in-depth financial analysis, MIS reporting, and financial planning support, working closely with the Senior leadership team to translate financial data into actionable business insight enabling scientific decision making.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct in-depth trend analysis and ratio analysis based on financial statements (P&L;, balance sheet, and cash flows) at overall level, branch level, division level and product level.
Prepare and maintain finance models, sensitivity analysis and scenario analysis to support revenue and cost forecasting, and inputs into the company's long-term Business Plan.
Conduct competitive financial bench-marking against listed jewellery peers using public financial statements and investor disclosures.
Prepare financial analysis decks for leadership team.
Monitoring implementation of the strategic initiatives road map and alerting the leadership team in case of deviations.
Key Skills
Strong command of financial statement analysis, Ind AS, and accounting policies.
Understanding the business model and organisation’s inherent nature and aligning to the vision.
Advanced Excel skills, with hands-on financial modelling experience
High attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to work to tight reporting timelines
Solid communication skills, with the ability to present financial insight clearly to senior leadership
Comfort working closely with cross-functional teams.
Qualification & Experience
Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA), with a solid articleship record
2–3 years of post-qualification experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, experience in a listed company or the retail/consumer sector is preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
