We are looking for a Voice AI Engineer to build AI-powered voice agents for sales and lead qualification calls.
Key Responsibilities:
Build real-time AI voice agents for sales calls
Integrate LLMs, Speech-to-Text (STT), and Text-to-Speech (TTS)
Build natural conversations, interruptions, and call transfers
Integrate telephony platforms like Twilio/Telnyx
Connect AI agents with CRM and business APIs
Improve conversation quality, accuracy, and latency
Key Skills:
Voice AI / Conversational AI
OpenAI / Gemini / Claude APIs
Python or Node.js
STT / TTS
Twilio / Telnyx / SIP
WebSockets & real-time streaming
Prompt engineering & AI agent workflows
Understanding of sales conversations, lead qualification, and objection handling
Preferred: Experience building AI sales, calling, customer-support, or appointment-booking agents.
Ideal candidate: Someone who has hands-on experience building and deploying real-time AI voice agents, not just chatbot/LLM applications.
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
