We are seeking a confident, polished and highly organised Dental Receptionist / Practice Manager to join our premium dental clinic in Lower Parel, Mumbai.
The ideal candidate will have excellent English communication skills, solid patient-handling abilities, confidence in managing front-desk operations, and excellent appointment-book management skills.
You will be responsible for providing a high-quality patient experience, managing appointments and schedules, handling patient enquiries and follow-ups, coordinating with dentists and the clinical team, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of the reception and practice.
As this is a premium dental clinic, we are looking for someone who is well-presented, skilled, confident, courteous and comfortable communicating with a wide range of patients. Previous experience in a dental clinic, healthcare practice or premium customer-service environment will be highly regarded.
