We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Executive – GeM Customer Facilitation to assist clients in effectively using the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) platform. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with customers, understanding their requirements, providing guidance on GeM processes, and ensuring timely resolution of queries related to registration, product/service listing, bidding, order processing and other GeM-related activities.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
