Job Summary
We are hiring a Maintenance Technician to carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance of production machinery, minimizing downtime and ensuring smooth plant operations.
Key Responsibilities
Attend to machine breakdowns promptly and restore operations.
Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance as per the maintenance calendar.
Diagnose electrical, mechanical and pneumatic faults in production equipment.
Maintain spare parts inventory and raise requisitions when required.
Record maintenance activities, downtime and repair history.
Ensure machines are maintained as per safety and statutory requirements.
Support installation and commissioning of recent equipment.
Coordinate with the production team to plan maintenance windows.
Requirements
ITI/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics or Mechanical Engineering.
Hands-on experience in industrial machine maintenance.
Knowledge of PLC-based machines and control panels is an advantage.
Ability to read electrical and mechanical drawings.
Basic knowledge of maintenance tools and testing instruments.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts and attend emergency calls.
Good problem-solving skills and safety awareness.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
