Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain visa services (Student Visa, Visitor Visa, PR, etc.)
Handle inbound inquiries from interested clients
Provide accurate information about visa requirements, process, and documentation
Follow up with leads and maintain proper records
Convert inquiries into admissions/visa applications
Schedule appointments for counselling sessions
Maintain daily call reports and update CRM
Build solid relationships with clients
